  • Reception service 8.30am to 5pm Mon-Fri - our personalised secretary service will ensure that any calls your business receives are answered in a professional manner and transferred accordingly to the exact employee of your
  • business thus saving you time redirecting any calls yourself. This tailored service gives an impressive structure to your business similar to what is found in large multinational companies.
  • Complimentary Parking – with each office space that is rented we offer one complimentary parking space.

IT/telephone requirements:

In addition to office rent we also offer access to our excellent IT/telephone systems. Benton House Limited's IT/Telco Bundle can be purchased@ £55pm per bundle / per person per month with discounts offered for multiple users. This means that your business does not have to worry about setting up its own networks you can simply rely on our proven efficient service that is current being used by businesses currently operating from our site.

    • Complimentary WiFi access in any reception areas
    • Direct high speed internet connection
    • Connect to our LAN infrastructure using Cat 5/5e cabling
    • Maintained infrastructure with managed service levels, air-conditioned comms rooms and the latest networking equipment.

    • Meeting Room – We also offer spaces for meeting rooms so that you can arrange conferences with any external clients.
    • Training Room – This space can be used for effective training for employees of your company or even a space for interviews.
    • Extra Parking – Each office comes with one parking space as standard, however additional spaces can be hired @ £40pm per space (subject to availability.)
    • Directory board sign in reception - £80 one off cost
    • External Signage (subject to approval) – Make it easier for clients and customers to your location for a £250.00 one off cost
    • Door sign – Add personalised signs to any doors for individual offices or the likes of meeting rooms for a £50 one off cost
    • Bundle for both = To have both a door and reception sign we offer them collectively at a £100 one off cost
    • Additional keys = £20 per key (one off cost)
    • Additional fobs = £20 per fob /card (one off cost)

    • 1 x Months Rent to be paid in advance and held as a Deposit and returnable.
    • Rent payable 3 x months in advance.
    • One off activation costs for IT/Telco = FOC.
